Pathetic excuse for a financial department

I have been trying to get a refund for the last month and nothing has been done. I submitted my documents to *** on the 10th of September 2020 and received an automated response. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my refund. My student number is ***4. The contact number just rings. I thought it was out of order because no one ever answered it but one afternoon someone did so I know it works. Which means these unprofessional *********** employees hear the phone ringing and just ignore it.
