PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM UNISA

<p>I have been trying to get Unisa to respond to an email I sent the 17th of January 2017. Absolutely nobody bothers to get back to students trying to register for the year. I am desperate to register for my honors degree but there is a system glitch that prevents me from doing so. I phoned the George office of Unisa and they attempted to help me but could not. They promised they would mail me once the issue was resolved. No feedback from them, absolutely no feedback from Unisa either. Unisa is failing misserably in their mission of enabling all students to study and better themselves. </p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service Unisa, Pathetic!!</p>
