Pathetic Customer Service

<p>A really frustrating experience and process. Sent numerous emails regarding my registration refund to only receive automated responses " we are attending to your request". They do not respond at all, dont even try calling their million numbers listed as they have not studied the how to answer the phone guide. I complained to the Ombudsman unisa's last resort, Ms Dikeledi she forwarded an email to the same department dealing with the refund request, after that no response from her aswell so no help in complaining there. </p> <p> </p> <p>Will just have to resort to not giving up and making sure that I do receive my refund. Very time consuming and annoying!</p>
