Pathetic communication

I have been awaiting confirmation regarding completion of my qualifications. It's almost 8 months now. Iv sent countless emails made calls and where I wait for over 2 hours on the line . Yet nothing happens no answer just nothing.

All platforms of communication and contact details of Unisa leads into a dead end. It is impossible to get ahold of them The only time one hears from Unisa is when we owe you money for our fees. Then your communication is very pathetic
