Your service at the Florida campus is pathetic, I waited over 10min for one of your consultants to finish on a personal call to assist me after being told by another consultant on headphones who didn't even acknowledge me to go to someone else to assist, surely your staff need to show more of a sense of urgency when helping students absolutely pathetic service
