Pathetic and Unprofessional

UNISA's call center is PATHETIC to say the least. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. I could hear someone connecting and then just dropping the call. I have been trying to get through to them for 2 days, finally someone answers and he sounds like he is being held there against his will. he could not help me at all; told me to send an email.......................................... Makes you wonder how this institution is supposed to give you a "professional/recognised" degree, but their own staff are so unprofessional and uneducated it is silly
