Password reset for myunisa

I spent 3 hours in total today waiting for someone to answer my call at unisa every time it rings the call s cuts off,I have trying for 3 days to reset my password don't receive the SMS,I have emailed all the support email address and not one has responded.I was so excited to join unisa and its not even a week later and I hate it,a simple thing as a password reset seems to be rocket science for you guys,absolutely disappointed
