Paid unisa by mistake instead of auction

On the 30/01/2026 My friend mistakenly paid unisa instead of go bid auction R65 000, we went to the bank to reverse the money hopefully we can get it back so we can pay the auction. If there's any one from unisa or any department that can help we will appreciate that
