PAID R5000 can't get study materials. After a month of struggle.

Paid R5000. UNISA acknowledges receipt of funds and even states that they owe me money but cannot access modules because it says I haven't paid. Been in 7 times. This is the second time sending in a family member because I used all my leave days so I'm *****ed if I get sick or have an emergency because I wasted my time at UNISA and have to have family members use their sick days . I first tried to register on 3 January its the 31st and I still can't access my study materials after a month. I already have assignments due in the second week of February but I don't even know what books I'm supposed to buy.
