PAID FOR ALL STUDY MATERIAL - ONLY GET HALF

I am currently registered with Unisa for four modules. I received only one of my study guides on the 26th of January along with three tutorial letter. I am still waiting for my other three study guides to be delivered as well as the fourth tutorial letter which means I cannot start with my studies for three modules as I need the guides to start studying. This is now delaying my studies. I tried to phone the University to find out where the rest of my study material is but the phones either go dead or the never answer. I have now even downloaded the study guides for MyUnisa to just start studying as My first assignment is due in a months time. I am just a angry as I have to pay Thousands of Rands to study and there is no effort from Unisa once they receive their money to help their students or to even give them the study material that the pay for. Why do i then pay this amount of money to get the study material when i have to download material from the website at my own cost and the cost to print this. I then want half of my money back as I only received half of my study material and get no assistance.
