Paid Fees, Still no access to my study material

I registered for the second semester at Unisa on 9 July 2015. My Fees were paid by my company on 15 July 2015. Confirmation of payment was sent to Unisa by my company via e-mail and re-sent by myself via e-mail. To date, none of my modules appear on My Unisa and my regisration is still not finalised. I know from past experiences that there will be assignments due and if the first assignment is not submitted before the closing date I will not be able to write the exams. Why should I be prejudiced by this if Unisa cannot get things write? I truly hope this is now done properly and my payment in full is allocated and that I have access to my study material. I have even bought my textbooks already.
