Over charging

One does not get help at UNISA.

They over charge us. Now i have to pay for a module that i passed and the one i will be writing suplimentary on the 23rd. They charged me full amount of R1095 not R250. When i send email to finance there is no reply. I need my Money so that i can register for other modules
