OUTSTANDING STUDY GUIDES

I have registered almost a month ago, I received material on the 25/01/2016 - with assignments of course, but 2 study guides are missing, so I'm at wits end right now, as there is no communication whatsoever. I lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman, as there is no feedback being received via email, or phoned are constantly engaged, or some just go unanswered, and I was told that by Tuesday 09/02/2016 I would have received a reply from Mduduzi Zulu ( from the despatch department), well we on the 10/02/2016 and there's no feedback, and guess what THERES ASSIGNMENTS THAT NEED TO BE DONE., as i explained to the lady from the Ombuds office, I DO NOT HAVE THE PRIVILEGE OF ALWAYS BEING ONLINE TO ACCESS THE STUDY MATERIAL AND THAT IS WHY I NEED THE HARD COPIES OF THE STUDY GUIDES!... i mean surely that's why we pay study fees??????
