OUTSTANDING REFUND AND ALLOWANCE

One never receives replies to emails been with them for three years their administration gets paid for doing ??? Because i have sent numerous emails to both institutions! I am waiting for a refund from Unisa since January 2019. I went in to Unisa Bellville numerous times was promised they will call me still waiting!

Just today i found out that they also owe me R2 400.00 for last year. My question why would you keep the funds or are they waiting for un claimed monies ..........

Nsfas toll free no never works just rings. yet it says call that number!!

We on level one for a while but seems government institutions are still on lock down according to their voicemails I called Nsfas Wynberg.

I am so frustrated! HELP My studies balance is accumulating but they could not care!
