Outstanding certificate for PRG Human Resource Management

I completed my PRG Human Resource Management in February 2021 but still did not receive my certificate. There is no communication regarding the certificate. I have tried to call Unisa and I did sent mails but did not receive any response. My employer paid for my studies and I really need my certificate
