Out of this world service

Out of this world service, I'd like to take this time to thank Ms Rapoo, Pontso for the most wonderful and out of this world experience I've ever received from a unisa employee. If there one place I dread going too is Unisa, most of the people I've been assisted by were terrible. One morning I got there the lady was slouching with a cup of coffee/ tea on her hand and when I greeted her she just nodded as if I'm bugging her. Others would be on either their phones or chatting on the workline and the look would tell you all that you are bothering them. Long story short, thank you Ms Ropoo for all your assistance over the phone on Friday and taking time guiding me as to how to navigate the application on line. You deserve a 10 out of 10 rating.
