Online/Long Distance University UNISA Over Enrolled

I app**** for enrollment last year November. I only got an email from UNISA in February informing me that there is not enough space and my application was declined.

In that same email, they suggest I check back in January 2021, the month PRIOR to the letter in February.

I have a master's degree in Physics and they decline to have me as a student?

What has happened to the world?
