Online Exams System Overload

Their platform overloads during online examinations and do not allow you to restart exam sessions (or they don't accept the new sessions). I averaged 80%+ on all my subjects and the one exam where I was unable to answer due to their system, they failed me. I had to write the exam three times and on only on the 3rd attempt was I able to complete the exam. It's absurd that you let you students redo or retake subjects because your system is pathetic.

I expected that they would mark the exam I was able to complete, but instead when I got my results I failed - WHICH MEANS IT'S TOO LATE TO APPLY FOR AEGROTAT EXAMS! What a joke...
