ONLINE exams malfunction and you will pay for it

I really resent the day i decide to study with this institution. I have studied with them for the past three years and due the whole Covid 19 situation they really has been mismanagement which has lead me to repeating a module I shouldn't have failed. i was granted a zero mark on reasons i cannot even dispute or know and the lecturer sent a generalized explanation of how their programs just didn't mark some scripts. i have tried to make communication and that is not something UNISA cares about.

this is literally my last year and i am recommending this institution to anyone especially at times such as this when they should have been leading with online medium of instruction they FAILED. I have never got ZERO before throughout my degree now my whole transcript is *****ed when I followed all instruction for the that exam.
