ONLINE APPLICATION-NO HELP NO FEEDBACK. DEAD ROAD

I have been trying to apply in order to be able register for 2 modules to complete my honours degree. Unisa online application is not user-friendly and there's no help or feedback from the university. I cannot upload my documents on the application and this means my application cannot be regarded as complete. The university is also not saying anything about the obvious problems this new application system is causing. I do not know if I will be denied completing my degree because of this mess
