Notification of completion of qualification

Good day I did my qualification in 2019, with supplementary examinations in 2020. My results indicated that I passed the qualification, however I did not receive a notification of completion of qualification yet. Unisa communicated in a message to students on 17 April 2020, that if no notification was received by 30 April 2020, an email should be send to a certain email address. I did send an email, but I did not receive any communication back as indicated in the message. I enabled the delivery receipt and read receipt on the email that I send, but nothing happened. I need the notification of completion of qualification, so that I can write the Board exam in June and the registration closing date is in May 2020.
