Not welling to assist

What a socking expireince i got from unisa. I went there last year registered that went well got my student number now the problem is when i registered for the course i wanted to attend. i have my matric certificate and my Diploma from Milpark Business School. when i app**** i was told i dont qualify to apply for the course because they cant pick up my Diploma. i called milpark gave then mu student number i am still on the system thet dont understand why Unisa is saying they cant pick up my Diploma. i was told by the lady i forgot her name but i still remember her face that i need to go to Pretoria i dont know to what department were they will have to combine my matric results and my diploma then i will be given a credit or someone. thats doesnt make any sense. or alternatively i have to wait till am 45 only then they dont need other qualification i can apply with my matric certificate! really? i am so dissppointed cause i am really ready to go back to school<br> Student number ***3 <br> Qualification code 02011 NDEMN<br>
