Not received my Qualification

I reagister with Unisa in 2019 doing PGCE, which I completed in November 2020. Graduate in Absentia on the 24 March 2021. In May I sent an email to *** enquiring about my certificate and I received case number 21141NX05786 and it was quiet for a while. Till I received an SMS saying Certificates will be sent to our Local Unisa branches. After a while I received another SMS saying distribution of Certificates has been postponed due to Lockdown. On the 8th August I received another SMS telling me to collect my Cerificate from East London branch from the 11th August. On the 13th of August i went to the branch office and my Certificate was no where to be found, the person who assisted me told me to comeback in weeks time, they will follow up on it. I went there as instructed to follow up and I was told that people who were issuing Certificates have left the branch back to Pretoria and I must contact the email address *** which is the same email I have been using to enquire with no response, or call *** which is never picked. I am really disappointed and frustrated at the institution as it is really delaying me, I'm in the verge of loosing the permanent post as I cant produce my certificate and this will cost me. People who are comfortable in their jobs can't understand how it feels to think your life is coming together, and because someone couldn't do a proper job it ends up costing you your life. I have worked hard to obtain this certificate hoping for a good end result and now my Certificate is no where to be found and I must still do the run-around to locate it with no direction from Unisa. The person who helped me told me to come back in weeks time, knowing very well they won't be there, and like fool I am, I trusted her. If I don't get this certificate before the end of August, I must kiss this job goodbye all because of Unisa who has *********** staff.
