Not processing all applications received

I am fed up with unisa and their games. I app**** for admission last year August (2015) . I have been going to the George office since December and all they say is it still bring processed wait for the SMS. Registration is closing tomorrow I have no student number as yet. Yesterday the lady told me my online application is where it's just that they haven't opened it to send me a student number. So since no one has bothered to even open my application it mean my studies are delayed for another year...I asked the lady so where to from here she said well if they don't open it by Friday 4 match you can't register this year<br> Mind you there's no second semester registration. What do I need to do? Do I need to take a bus to Pretoria and tap someone on the shoulder and say open that apology? This is ridiculous. My future is not that important it can wait hey??? You guys should just remove south Africa on your name because you guys are just a disappointment. So education is luck now? If they get to open ur application and u study you luck ?_@nd if they don't oh well
