not happy with service received

<p>i was studying at unisa, in 2010 i now wish to continue with my studies , i had outstanding fees and my account was handed over to the lawyer, ok fine . i made the payment and the account is now fully paid,</p> <p> </p> <p>when i try to register online , myunisa doe s not allow me to register, i got the error message, that reads</p> <p>"you got outstandinding admission documents", i went to UNISA , i was told to pay R470 to apply for exemption and i gave them my matric certificate and copy of my id , i was told within 2 working days the matter will be resolved i must go register using my unisa , i went there to day to check i stil get the same error, they took the original receipt and i was given the copy of the receipt but stil i cant register. so now i have to tek another day off at work to go and resolve this matterwith them, what about the R470 that i have already paid ? when i try to call them they dont answer the phones</p>
