not happy with service

I wrote an online exam but when I was done trying to submit my exam I experienced disconnection due to loadshedding and lightening and lost every information I was working on tried to write again but couldn't finish out of panic I guessed all the answers after the exam I emailed Professor Vasi Van Deventer and he promised to put my name on the list for aerogate exam and told me to apply for it too but it didn't happened. I tried to email him again but there was no response for course code HMPYC80-RESEARCH METHODOLOGY.<br> <br> second problem when 2015 exams results came out I failed 3courses and I app**** and paid for remarking for 2(pyc4805 and pyc4808) and also app**** for exam recheck for pyc4802 since the mark obtained didn't qualify me for remark and also app**** for exam scripts purchase for pyc4802; pyc4805 and pyc4808 even though I app**** and paid on time unisa only made 1exam recheck/remarking for all the above action am worried that what happened with my application to write aerogate exam will happen with exam remarking and rechecking PLEASE HELP I KNOW I DID WELL IN THOSE EXAMS DONT UBDERSTAND WHY UNISA KEEP IGNORING MY EMAILS TO FOLLOW UP
