Not Happy

Good day<br> I app**** for Administration Management at Unisa and I did all they asked me to do like doing application fee and staff. They sent me Unisa Portal to access my application which I did up until the last week of November 2015 when I started to experience problem logging in. I sent them an E-mail there and then in November 2015 and got a reply in Dec 2015 on the 17th that stated that I provide them with my details like student number and I did sent it back the same day.<br> I got a reply again in the first week of January 2016 that had nothing about the problem that I wanted them to attend. I really do not know what is going on there but I feel that Unisa need to have a way of attending to this problem because I have been calling them every day and they are not willing to tell me what is going to happen it is as if no one wants to explain to us what is going on. On Monday I went to Parow Unisa office and I was attended by a guy who told me that they have sent me a letter and when I asked the guy what is the letter saying because I never received any letter he could not tell me.He had no idea about what was said in the letter.All i need is to be assisted Please.
