Not acceptable

Today at 1:23 I received a call from a unisa inspector who firstly identified herself as a unisa Inspector and asked me to call her back.(I would guess as she had no airtime). She then told me that she needs to observe me in a classroom. My practicals were set for the period 24 July to 29 August as stated on the DSAR25 placement form I not only emailed in but physically phoned Mrs Ndhlovu to confirm the dates. Doubting myself I went back to my copy of the form to confirm the dates. It became my problem that she was not here to observe me during that period and I was asked to make further arrangements with the school so that she can come to observe me. I find this extremely unprofessional and not acceptable.
