Non - Responsive Institution

I have app**** for my exemption since 2018 and still now i have not received my response to some of the subjects and still do not have results for my supplementary subjects submitted in january 2020. i am unable to apply for a job since i cannot complete my studies due to withheld results and feedback.

I tried Unisa ombudsman and no response to calls and emails at all.

I am frustrated with the service.
