Non-response

I'm not happy with the registration process I'm left with 7 modules I registered 5 beginning of registration then it was announced that there'll be only one semester and we should register all modules planned to for the year and I added the two modules I was left with. The modules say in progress as I'm not in final year while I am I tried contacting unisa and there's no response even the contract center been holding for 20 minutes without going through how do I complete my course this year when they not even attending my query at all and can not go to a campus as I'm at work
