Non-existing staff members of UNISA

<p>The non-existing staff members of UNISA who are involved in the Programme for Grade R. I have tried calling for the last 5 hours and the phones have not be answered not once. This is complete negligence and blatant laziness, does the whole office go on lunch from 08:00 in morning until 16:00 in afternoon. How do you expect a student to make a dead line if they have no support from the offices?!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried all the pathetic phones numbers and not one of them works. Please understand that I will be taking this further on every complaint website that I can find. As well as discourage any potential person possibly thinking of studying at your shameful and poor serviced university. Even if this e-mail does not find you because most likely your e-mails are also probably not working, I can guarantee that you will be hearing it from every other website. </p> <p> </p> <p>I also highly doubt I am the first person to be complaining about your lack of service! </p>
