Non Existent Student Service!

<p>Once again, I find the communication level at Unisa to be abyssmal. It is fine to study through UNISA as long as you dont have to speak to ANYONE about anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was sent my study material pack without a particular study guide that I needed. I have now phoned the dispatch number who put me through to another number. This person then gave me one of SIX!! numbers to keep calling and they all just ring. </p> <p> </p> <p>I can't believe in this day and age, where I am sure incorrect or missing study material occurs all the time. that there is not a quick and easy channel to rectify this. </p> <p> </p> <p>It blows my mind how UNISA continuously excels at mastering the art of poor customer service!!!</p>
