Non-existent student assistance / Future Students, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

<p>My son Jaco Kritzinger enrolled for his “Bed” Batchelors degree of education in 2010. He finished his 40 subjects and obtained all his credits in June 2017. No letter was received in the post for his graduation date. So, he drove to UNISA today to ask for his graduation letter. The help/assistance he required was appalling!!!! to say the least. They treated him like dirt and told him he needs to write to more subjects...? Why? His supposed last subjects were registered at UNISA with their recommendations of what he needs to obtain his degree. That done.... now not enough? They refused to explain, help or try and sort out the problem. One of the consultants just looked up, saw my son and stated "can’t help", "not interested". He still does not know why he is not graduating, he still does not know how to rectify or if he has to supplement more subjects, which subjects etc.... Is UNISA that discriminative against teachers? Phoning does not help.... what else can be done...? Students, stay away from UNISA!!!!!!</p>
