Non-degree Purposes - NO RESPONSE OR INFORMATION ON WEBSITE!!!

After I got my last subject's result from the NWU in January, I had to apply for 2 modules through Unisa in order to complete my LLB degree:

Problem 1: I did NOT know that I had to apply for 2 modules at Unisa since there isn't any information on their website about it so I enquired about my situation by emailing ********** ********** and ********** - NO Response . After no response I decided to apply for the normal LLB undergraduate qualifications since the applications were closing in 2 days. When I submitted my application online, I also submitted the formal letter from NWU stating that I needed to complete these 2 modules in order to obtain my LLB degree at NWU. I got admitted very soon and went through the registration process online since Unisa was on strike, but when I got to choose my modules which is a third and fourth year module, I was blocked because those specific subjects had pre-requisites. I then tried to contact ********** / 4105 / 3253, NO RESPONSE! I also emailed ********** after which Prof Karels came back to me and advised that I should register for non-degree purposes, but after investigation on unisa.ac.za, the "route" for NDP directs you to undergraduate qualifications???

Problem 2: Applications opened again on the 29th of January so I went to our office in Potchefstroom. I was informed by a very rude lady after standing in a qeue for an hour and a half that I cannot even apply for NDP now because the applications closed in September 2017. I can only apply again in April for the second semester. My questions are: Why is this information not on the website? Why don't they state that applications are open, but it doesn't include applications for NDP? Why do they not respond to my emails? Why don't they answer my phone calls? How can this very poor service be tolerated????

I am BEYOND disgusted!!!
