NO WAY TO CONTACT UNISA??

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I have been trying to change my exam venue for two months already (from 12th february) , I see that the exam venue is still Goedemoed, Free State, when it should be Parow in the Western Cape. (In fact it was first assured it is Goedemoed in the Western Cape, which does not exist as an exam venue...) I am unable to write exams in the Free State I reside in the Western Cape. I have called, e-mailed, SMS'ed and no replies to any of my queries and my ranting. Firstly, I need to find out about moving the examinations (i.e doing a supplementary exam) at an appropriate venue, and then I need to find out what recourse the University has for students who are not heard. I have tried all avenues to get through to someone that can assist me, and have been met with automated recordings, automated e-mail replies, and up to twenty minutes (yes, twenty) on landline numbers to no avail. I am furious about the exam implications, but I am even more horrified at the lack of service afforded by the university. I have now had to resort to a short synopsis of my issues (as outlined above) and literally bombard all avenues, in the hope that someone will assist me.
