NO SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS

<p>I received funding in April 2017 for 1st semester and my account was paid. In May 2017, UNISA added R930.00 to my account for a module that had been reinstated. I contacted finance @unisa to enquire about the outstanding R930.00 that now had to be paid. I was advised that the funds would be paid. It is July 2017 and i have been following up on a daily basis as to when the R930.00 will be settled and not receiving any feedback. I have tried calling all the financial departments contact numbers provided on the internet , however the number either does not work or just rings. Registration is due tomorrow, and i am unable to view my results of the 1st semester, as it states - Blocked Study fees outstanding. How am i suppose to register for 2nd semester by tomorrow if i cant access my results for 1st semester and know what modules i have passed? I have in the mean time re-registered for a module that i know i would have failed in the 1st semester due to the late delivery of study material, EVI3702, which is 1 of the 278 modules that a supplementary exam will be offered to (Free of charge), however there has been no further communication regarding this. The module is no longer on my myunisa and i have re-registered although the email states that we must no re-register, i feel more comfortable, knowing that i have at least re-registered for the module and will be able to write the exam, rather than waiting for some form of feedback from UNISA as to how they are going to offer me a supplementary exam for this specific module. If i understand the email correct, the supplementary exam will be offered, if you did not write the exam or if you were unsuccessful, which im my case, i don't think i passed the exam. Would i need to have had 40% in order for me to qualify for the supplementary exam? Because my understanding of the announcement is "if you were unsuccessful" which means if you failed, and does not state a percentage you must have to qualify, you will be awarded with a free supplementary exam.</p>
