no study material

I am trying in vain to access my study material, i was advised by tiaan alberts to access a link with different URLs and to date i still cant access them, i have tried all browsers and even checked my Java as per his instructions and still nothing is happening, i am behind with assignments and have asked him to send me screenshots of the steps that he takes but he keeps saying that ' Unfortunately, I will not be able to send it to you as an attachment, as the file size would be too high.<br> I would advise you to please try again'<br> <br> <br> please help because each time i access the page I get a message that says my search did not match any documents
