No student number yet!!!!

I have app**** in 2015 in the correct application period and have still not received a student number!!!i have sent emails upon emails to unisa and have not received any response!<br> All the numbers that are online are not working or engaged. Its IMPOSSIBLE TO get through to anybody for help!<br> If I don't get to study this year it will be due to unisas bad service and incompetence. They are ruining my career planning.
