No student number!

I app**** to unisa in September 2015 on time and have still not received a student number or any response at all.<br> <br> The East London office at least answers their phones but they can't help me at all.<br> <br> I have emailed multiple times and tried to call the main branch with no luck. Am I supposed to just be ok with the fact that I can't study this year? <br> <br> How do I get a response from UNISA??
