NO STUDENT CODE

Hi,<br> <br> I app**** for a PGCE in September 2015 via UNISA and a week later I received an email that I would get a student number in 2weeks to pay the R100 as I app**** online, it's been 5weeks now and still no student number. Someone I know just app**** last week for the post graduates qualifications online and received a student code right away. I am very worried as I am afraid my application for a student's code might be discarded. I have been sending emails daily and no response and calls are not being answered. Please assist.
