No service from Unisa !!!

With the increase of tuition fees, you would think that Unisa's administrative services would be on point but nothing is changing.

So i registered some of my modules for NDP (non degree purposes) by mistake and i am not going to be credited for them, therefor i wont be able to graduate this March. I have sent a dozen of emails to Unisa asking them to change my NDP modules to DP but all i keep getting are automated reponses. what Unisa is doing is ridiculous and this fees increase id just day light ******* because you never get any assistance from them.

I have worked to hard and i want to graduate this March If anyone knows how i can solve this please let me know
