No service for 2 years every year same problem

<p>I app**** to study through unisa for 2016 and did not get a response paid the amount in cash in the branch. they claim i did not pay. this year oct 17th i went into the kimberley branch again they said i do not have to pay the admission fee as i am returning student and have a student number. so i did not. i wanted to find out today how far is the application and everybody i spoke to said they do not have a record of me applying. how is that possible for two years straight. so i paid the 150 amount now online and i want feedback i cant wait for another year not to study it had / has to be from january 2017</p>
