No service, been calling for 9 working days

I have been trying constantly for 9 working days now to get through to the registrations department. I have an urgent student query regarding my LLB degree. I have called on ALL the available extensions. 012 441 ***.<br> There is just NEVER answer, do these people even work? What do they get paid to do if they can't even answer a phone. I have spoken to the Dean as well, and they are not prepared to assist me with my query and just says I must speak to registrations. What on earth is a person suppose to do in order to speak to someone to have a simple query answered? This is beyond ridiculous. Worse service than government! I need help with a query please!!!1
