NO Service at UNISA

I have been trying to contact the Education or Administration dept at Unisa without any success.After 15 phone calls ,every time getting an answering maschina as well as a few e-mails I am still waiting for someone to assist. I am the guardian of a young girl that want to complete her studies in B. ed Intermediate Phase and need to receive credits for passed subjects at another institution but cannot get any assistance by UNISA.I am hugely frustrated with the amount of computer generated emails I receive but without any further assistance.
