No service at all

Unisa Potchefstroom has no service!!!! They just don't pick up their telephone they just ignore it. When it is time to open they keep their doors closed and a security guard come and fetch people one by one the rest must stand in ques outside and wait.. they also start closing their doors 15.30 whilst they close at 16.00 and you can not come in after 15.30. They are making their own rules and dont care if you are helped or not. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!
