No service

Since approximately March 2015, I tried to contact Unisa for my MyUnisa password, as my phone broke. After several emails and a month later, I received my password, just to see I had to write my exam the day before. No notice, nothing. I also complained that I didn't receive my assignment feedback, showing me how they got to certain answers except for my marks and still I didn't receive any feedback or my money back. This attitude wasted a year of my time, where I could do something else. I have sent several emails.
