No service

<p>I've app**** for registration via email before the close date in January 2017 and still haven't received a student number or any indication that they have received my application. I don't know if I can study this semester or not. I have sent follow-up emails, but no reply - not even an automatic one. I've tried phone on several occasions, but no one answers the phone. How poor can the service be!!??</p>
