no service

Unisa service is the worst nightmare any student can encounter...its beyond horrible. Theres no regards for students at all, in fact they are in breach of their contract to render services efficiently. Calls are not answered, stupid SMS system is not even responded to, myunisa is *******...can't even access it n yet I need to download my study material. How stupid!. If someone has to even pick up your call it's after 3 days or more of attempting to get thru and only to be told drama after drama n be passed thru to someone who will do the same thing until the phone is hung up in your ear and the process begins again. My experience with unisa- the leading distance institution. To date I have not even received a response to my query on concession which I send last year 12 December.. So really its more than frustrating. Nothing is working...where is the service. Just wanna complete n move to a better institution for further education.
