NO SERVICE

I have tried now registering to study at UNISA for my Higher Certificate in Law. It states the admission requirement is that you have to have between 40-49% on your matric certificate or NSC for the language which you will be studying Law in which I most obviously have. I have registered. Paid my registration and 2 days later they send me an email that states that my application was declined as I do not meet the admission requirements. I tried calling them about 9 times which I waste 40 minutes of my time each time (four hours all together!) to find out why I was declined with NO ANSWER! I emailed many times as well and NOT ONE PERSON gets back to me. All I want to know is WHY I was declined when I obviously qualify. I know I am older than the average person who wants to study there (32) but surely this is not about my age!?
