No Salary No Help

I am a invigilator for Unisa, i had to get paid the last day of july and got no payment, so i reached out to them asking what was going on, i got feedback telling me i would have my money the 5th of August as there were issues with the system, so on the 5th, still nothing and reached out to them again, they told me they cant get hold of the salary department and that that department is 70km away so there is nothing they can do about it. My salary is 6days late now and still no one is even trying to help me figure out what is going on or when im getting paid. I explained to them that i have responsibilities but its just like they do not care at all.
